Dame Edna is a piece of WW11 trench art. Originally she was a brass shell casing that was converted into a hot water bottle. Her petticoat is a 1920’s French patisserie tin and limbs 1950’s EPNS pickle forks. Two rare diamante Trifari brooches complete her transformation. The parasol is a vegetable steamer. She lights up with an E27 bulb.
